Apply to the Farquhar Honors College

Membership in the NSU Farquar Honors College requires an application and is designed for high achieving undergraduate students in all majors. The Honors College accepts approximately 10% of the entering student class-distributed across all majors- each academic  year.

Interested students must complete and return the application, with responses to the two essay prompts on the application (link below). Applications  are reviewed by a faculty committee on a rolling  basis; students must apply no later than the appropriate deadline dates below.

There are two deadlines for receipt of applications. Candidates are considered for the forthcoming Fall semester:

  •        March 1: current NSU undergraduate students
  •        May 31: new undergraduate students (who have not yet begun classes at NSU)

 

The Honors College Application will be made available here on September 1, 2021 for the Fall 2022 school year.
