Our Faculty and Staff

Andrea Charvet is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and a Registered Dietitian at the Cathy J. Husman ALS Center. As part of a multidisciplinary team, in her clinical practice she provides medical nutritional therapy for patients with motor neuron diseases, primarily amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. She is also a volunteer and active member of professional organizations with the main goal of advancing knowledge through collaborations. Outside of her clinical and research roles, Andrea is dedicated to teaching and mentoring students in efforts that support professional growth and academic advancement.
