Madhavi Menon’s research focuses on psychosocial adjustment in adolescence and emerging adulthood, with a particular focus on self-esteem, gender identity development, and parent and peer relationships. Menon teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in developmental psychology, lifespan human development, adolescent psychology, early childhood growth and development, and the psychology of gender. Menon has served as a member of the Honors Faculty Coordinating Committee and has conducted an honors workshop on how to apply to graduate schools.
