Stephen Ross Levitt, LL.M., is an Associate Professor in the Department of History and Political Science at NSU's Halmos College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Humanities and Politics. In 2001, he won the Excellence in Teaching award from the Farquhar Center of Undergraduate Studies. In 2002 and 2003, he won the award for best lecturer at the Institute of Learning in retirement. He teaches Comparative Government, Comparative Legal Systems, European Union, Genocide in the 20th Century (travel study course), International Law, War Crimes, and The West.
