Tara Ellsley has more than 20 years of education experience, applying innovative and engaging teaching methods in a range of disciplines. Inspired by her eighth-grade French teacher, she began her career as a middle and high-school French teacher. Doctoral studies broadened her interests and teaching opportunities to include leadership and sociology. Integrating her experiences living abroad and a passion for understanding differences, Ellsley is exploring how the complex aspects of our identity impact our interpersonal relationships.
