She has led teams of health educators, youth advocates, and young people to affect and strengthen mechanisms of change impact. Her portfolio recently involved her leadership in the development of two special initiatives for a population of a million residents of Prince George’s County, Maryland: Child Friendly County Prince George’s and Healthy and Well Prince George’s. Her work addresses health systems improvements and innovation, tackling non-communicable diseases, behavioral health, sexual-reproductive, and maternal child health concerns. With the launch of her consulting agency, Peart’s work has expanded to health systems efforts in the Caribbean.
